Hi there.

The last week of regular season play is here and there are a few playoff slots left to fill. Here are the standings as we approach this weekend's activity:

Division A
Kelly 12 0 1.000
Hunter 7 5 .583
Orange 6 6 .500
Silver 5 7 .417
Pigs 2 12 .143

Division B
Red 10 4 .714
Blue 7 5 .583
Gold 7 5 .583
Navy 4 8 .333
Black 2 10 .167

Red and the Pigs are off this week. Everyone else plays two games.

As of now, the playoffs look like this. In Division A, Nelly is #1 and the Pigs are #5. I'm not 100%
certain on this but after reviewing the possiblities, it looks like Silver can finish #3 or #4 but not #2.
But it also looks like Hunter and Orange could finish #2, #3 or #4. Figure that one out. It has to do with the tie-breakers. Just win, baby!

In Division B it is a little bit clearer. Red is #1, Navy is #4 and Black is #5. Gold and Blue will battle
it out to see which finishes #2 and which finishes #3. And as a result of this crucial battle, Gold will
face Blue in the second round of the playoffs regardless of what happens on Saturday. But we're
fighting for honor here men!

Remember, #4 plays #5 in the first round of the SuperFab Bowl II tournament on December 14. The winner of that game plays #1 in the second round and #2 meets #3. A full schedule of games will be published next Monday in prep for Super Saturday.

Following the SuperFab Bowl matchup of the two finalists from each division, we'll be having our
annual Holiday and Awards Party at 5:00 at Club Cafe. If you haven't responded to the e-vite yet, please do so NOW! We need to get an accurate count for food and crowd control. If you didn't receive the evite, let me know and we'll get you on the list. We'll be hosting a toy drive for local youth at the SuperFab Bowl game and at Club Cafe that night. Please remember to bring an unwrapped, non-violent toy to help make this a joyous holiday season for all.

And league member Scott Parisi is looking for a roommate come Feb 1. Here is the 411: 280A Shawmut Ave #3, corner of Hanson and Shawmut (2 doors down from the Franklin). 2 bedroom, good condition, deck, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the building, great landlord. $750/mth If you are sick of where you are living, know someone else who is, or just want to live with Scooter, you
can send him an e-mail at sparisi@phx.com.

See you on Saturday!
